They are resigning because they either: don't want to kill people and/or be held responsible for genocide.
They're a day late and a dollar short. People have already died and more will suffer life long effects of their vaccinations. No Mercy, no pity for any of them. They could have stepped forward earlier but they chose not to. They get what they get.
