That's because the ,mannequin laying on the ground is a CPR dummy from the local manufacturer, on one of the videos, they went to put him on the stretcher, you could see if you looked close it had no arms. It's just another False Flag.

Then the shop that produced the dummy was mysteriously burned down with all contents. But before that happened they had shown the owner holding up a 1/2 dummy EMT that looked like what was in the Floyd FF.
