I suspect this kit was the reason China threatened Indias borders.
7.5 billion x 2 shots at $2600 a year for life, that's a lot of mullah...$182,000,000,000,000 every year, forever. Wars have been fought for much less.
Of course China also seeks, not only financial, but mental domination over the planet - kinda like the Vatican already has.
