Martin Fendley, and his brother Joe Fendley who was Mayor of Elberton I think made them, and this farmer Wayne Mullinex gained cattle rights in 1979. Theres not much information on them that I know of, but isn’t there mountains around there?
They’re usually a big part of the tunnel systems. They’ll be some sort of facilities beneath aswell.
