no to both. Apologies if you didnโt realise these words are often simply backwards. It took me a while when it said SUTOCS a while back. A similar promise of something good, but I havenโt seen it happen yet. Some say it will happen - Scotus reversed, but I donโt suppose itโs even necessary. It might be abolished.
I don't know what the "new" Government will look like and what Constitutional Law will do but it's gonna be one heck of a lot better than Maritime prison law, that is for sure! ๐๐๐ธ
