uh. NO employer can force anyone to take anything. Esp an experimental death trap
Remember anyone forces you, and you go along with it, The employer is still responsible if god forbid something goes wrong. I would ask employer to sign a form, stating that they are liable.
Also check with your life insurer, they will not payout if you die from the vax.
