How do I share a document on here?

If it's an image, use the first thing at the bottom next to the video camera. I haven't posted any documents yet, so don't know if that would work for them

Can you copy the document, as they do in word and them publish it on here?

It is only allowing pictures, and picture files. It's an 88 page document about Nesara. I just wont post it.
