one.. the pink dish is for cultures. That will take a few days. the other is a slide to see whats moving in the vaccine. That shoulda been known as soon as he looked through the microscope. Then the rest will be tested in/on various methods. How dies it react in different solutions. Probably wont know the rest of the story for a few days.
