I live in England & came across this report and asked the same question, how do you accidentally lose one child nevermind 10,000, I do so hope that what is said to happen IS GOING TO HAPPEN, the children & the ones that lost their lives being part of their currency DESERVE every ounce of their blood in return!
I'm just a simple man, no longer playing the game but watching the wheels go round.
I suspect that headline is actually fake. I understand that many children's "care" facilities DO pimp out some of the children they are responsible-for but are not likely to admit it. Just as the UK (and other) "governments" won't admit their involvement/complicity.
