Dont't worry, I fell for the disinfo myself at first until I truned off all of the legacy media and found the truth without a filter.
Anything labeled Qanon is dis/mis info pushed by fake news, trolls, merchandise sellers, ect. Try to avoid.
Q-Anon is used by some truth seekers.
