Are we living in hell and ruining it and Jesus is in Heaven saving it? or the other way around?

We are in a form of Hell because evil abounds on Earth but it's not the Everlasting Hell that the Bible speaks of. God has given us a beautiful Earth but the evil element here always seeks to destroy and ruin it. God is in Heaven yet He brings power and healing to ruined and destroyed lives, and He gives us great hope for our eternal future with Him, 100% Paradise where no evil exists.
