I thought this too. And when you see the (clowns) getting the shot, they don't look at all like them. I think they are all clones or body doubles and that is the "kill shot". The scare event may be that the kill shot is activated and they all fall down and die.
I think when Trump was in office, he had control of the vaccine using the Military and issued a clean vaccine, but when Biden took over, he may not have had any control over the shot at that point. Not sure though.
