I have not put a mask on once, not once. I taught aerobics for years, took too many anatomy, physiology and kinesiology classes. Aerobic literally means-with oxygen. I was certified to teach children to elderly and understand normal tasks can be aerobic. 🤦🏼♀️ Cardiorespiratory endurance anyone?
