Looks like some high capacity C17's are rolling into DC right now from different places over the country. Perhaps this is more soldiers/equipment to supplement the ghost gathering in DC starting yesterday - pretty interesting.

all three were two nightwatches at Lincoln NE and 82-800 near AAFB MD.
