I have heard this and had a chiroprator that never paid tax.From what I gather IRS was a foreign Private Corpoation and we volunteer to tell them what we believe we owe them- they collect on the voluntary contract we make with them. I am wary of playing with fire but if taxes continue to rise there may be no option- apart from the fact that it subsidizes a whole lot of Satanic Pedos.
