I've called the White House before and did leave a message. Never heard that it was closed. Maybe the recording should say, "Hello, you've reached the Fake White House. Fake President Biden is not available right now, he is taking a nap in his basement-resting up for a big trip! Thank you for calling. Good-Bye!"
