🔹Michael Kail, 49, former V.P. of IT Operations at Netflix, convicted on 28 of 29 counts of wire fraud, mail fraud & money laundering. Kail must forfeit the $2.6M home he bought w/the money
🔹Indicted 5/2018, Kali was accused of accepting kickbacks 2012-2014 in exchange for approving millions of dollars worth of contracts to tech companies wanting to do business w/Netflix.
🔹Kail took bribes from 9 tech companies, he would take up to 15% of the billed amts for himself. He rec'd $500k & stock options from the companies, which he used to live a lavish lifestyle.
