Biden receives a 21 gun salute, three guns, not four, at a slow pace of 10 second intervals. This is meant for a funeral or foreign dignatary. Compare a Trump salute. It's on youtube.

Correct no music, fireworks or sound. There was a newscaster that posted the day after the swearing in that he interviewed 50 people wandering around downtown and most either lived there or were staying in local hotels there and none hear fireworks, music, absolutely nothing. They actually wondered if the swearing in was taking place inside.
