Judge Martin forced CyberNinjas to release their audit counting floor policies today, so we finally can end all the speculation about how those UV lights were being used.

This section of the procedure is about verifying:

Folds:
1a) certain ballots DO HAVE folds.
1b) certain ballots DO NOT HAVE folds.

Ink on the Presidential vote selection:
2a) MATCHES SAME INK used elsewhere on the ballot
2b) matches the allowed TYPES of ink

NOT MENTIONED AT ALL:
fingerprints
paper fibers
watermark

A lot of talking heads claimed they had "info" and watermarks, fingerprints or paper fibers were being looked for... Those talking heads are getting pretty stale IMO.
