painful feeling states (sadness, grief, fear) that one might be TRYING to wrestle with. Many people ❤️the high of ANGER, hate the "weak" feelings of sadness...
The more this primitive "survival skill" gets USED, the more AUTOMATIC a "reflex" it WILL become: its❌ analytical, does NOTHING toward making the world a better place.
