How many tourists have ever gone to DC, grabbed some dinner and then strolled over the White House to check it out for the first time only to find it's completely dark? lol. This is not a "thing" guys.
I drove by the other day and there are gray trailers around and it looks like a contruction site with fencing all the to constitution. It did not look the same
