Hi, this is my first post. Can someone lead me to where I can find information/proof of miliatary code 11.3?
It's not actually code.
It's a 'doctrine'. Not law. Not code. And also applies mostly to foreign instances of belligerent occupation...
I think we are hard pressed to find an actual Military Officer who would be on board using this doctrine to seize the WH and lock down DC.
