Cheif Justice Roberts WILL NOT be presiding over any Senate trial on Trump
Regardless of what many of the pols and talking heads are saying, going forward is UNCONSTITUTIONAL if Roberts/SC is NOT involved.
The Constitution is the "SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND" per Atricle VI
Meaning what the Constitution says GOES.

(Only) The Chief Justice may preside in the Senate Trial of the President !
