Yeah, I'm not aware of a scan to find what ip blocks are owned by a company. I just know how to find who owns a specific ip block.

I use "whois" lookups for a specific IP or an ip in the in the range that I am looking. for. Like this https://dnschecker.org/ip-whois-lookup.php
