lights are on a timer and go off at 11:00 pm sharp. been that way since POTUS left.
I’m aware of that, but there was always a light on in a few upper windows, and those seem to be turned off. I have never seen it THAT dark before.
This is a screenshot of the White House web cam in Feb. Closer view but the same thing. The "lights" are reflections on the glass according to Richard Citizen Journalist who lives in DC and has videoed it many times all hours of the day and night.
