One of the new Atty's for the Dems actually worked for the Judge before. The Judge did do the right thing by recusing so it would not appear to some that he was biased. I think the Dems chose that Atty to try and stall, I don't think that they thought the Judge would recuse, since, they very seldom do.......IMO
