This is a letter from House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi to Wheeler in August of 2020.
The Mayor of Portland, Ted Wheeler, doesn't seem to want to follow the Democratic Play Book anymore...
“Our job is to unmask them, arrest them and prosecute them,” Wheeler said of the violent offenders. “If you have any information, please contact the police.”
I believe this was debunked long ago, it's not real.
