Was just looking at those and I am no signature analysts but the dead give away is the B even the J. My opinion is it a different person or Joe does have Dementia and has reverted back teen or early 20s etc signature. The B is 2 lines and the loop is connected going into the I on his earlier signatures, Also the J is just a straight line with 2 little loops. New signature the B is 1 consistent letter and a seperate line into the I. Thank you for showing pics I Couldn't figure out how to just them side by side...
