NEW GOVERNMENTS ARE BEING FORMED WORLDWIDE
Under constitutional Law the governing bodies will be voted in with the quantum voting system. The people will be care taker governments that are properly vetted by the Alliance, GFL and the people of the world. The people votes will finally count. The people running will be for the people and the governments will be for the people by the people.
Integrity, freedom, sovereignty. As all things will be voted upon and as the people wake up to higher and higher consciousness the decisions will be based on what works, what brings peace to all, abundance to all, freedom to all.
