He had very little to say about it, except: 1) he compelled us to learn for ourselves why that building has the shape it has - and what the architecture of DC signifies, 2) he told us there were many, many, many, many subterranean levels under the building, 3) he implied that there was something truly outrageous and shocking - horrific - at the lowest levels.
FWIW, my father told us about hyperloop tech many decades ago. He said it in a way that suggested that a network of hyperloops existed, and had existed for some time, without actally saying so.
