I made a short version of the video of Floyd being arrested he had cuffs on him from the first 2 cops that showed up. Then later when bystanders were yelling that he hasn't moved n Chauvin was "on his neck" Floyd was NOT IN CUFFS. I REPEAT HE WAS NOT IN CUFFS. YOU CAN SEE HIS ARM N HAND MOVING UNDER THE CAR.
