I have severly cut back my floride toothpast use over the last year. Maybe that helped unplug me.

With me it is using deodorant without aluminum. I will be starting soon to use no fluoride toothpaste.

i switched to levilin (aluminum free) about 10 yrs ago. it works. dont have to apply but a couple 2 or 3 times a week.
