CDC states "Each contact with a contaminated surface has less than a 1 in 10,000 chance of causing an infection... Concentrations of infectious SARS-CoV-2 on outdoor surfaces could be expected to be lower than indoor surfaces because of air dilution and movement, as well as harsher environmental conditions, such as sunlight."

Essentially, they shutdown the economy, closed and/or restricted the capacity of small businesses and restaurants for a ridiculously low risk of infection and a 99.7% survival rate if you did get infected.

If this doesn't piss you off, I'm not sure what will.
