Did you notice the BTC drop?
When BTC drops all ALTS drop.
Doge pretty much ignored BTC drop.
Why?
Robinhood Investors don't associate BTC with DOGE.

I have not found one that does not require proof of identity. And not all sites sell all crypto, gonna have to do some research to find the one you want.
