Did you notice the BTC drop?
When BTC drops all ALTS drop.
Doge pretty much ignored BTC drop.
Why?
Robinhood Investors don't associate BTC with DOGE.

Where is a good place to buy?
Uphold dot com, is about the only place for US customers to get XRP right now, they also have DOGE. DOGE is available on Coinbase I believe but I would be buying XRP first! Stay away from Robinhood, they seem to have all kinds of problems when you try to see if the price goes up. Just my opinion, not a financial adviser, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
