Sacramento Police: A group of approx. 50 demonstrators has gathered at the Capitol. On social media, demonstrators have promoted “Black Bloc tactics” including storing items at potential hotspots for tonight’s event. A Sheriff’s Office deputy located a duffle bag filled with various-sized rocks that was placed outside of a government building. Heavy police presence in the area as officers monitor the demonstration. Group dressed in black. Some wearing helmets and have shields. One individual from the group has been observed with a lit flare.
