My wife is trying to create an account and it's not letting her. Any suggestions?

It never get's that far. When I click the signup button it just says please wait then goes back to submit. Thanks for your help :)

try clearing your cache/history?

I tried on my iPad, iPhone, and PC still same issue. Just keeps coming back to same screen after clicking submit at bottom.
