I take a pinch of borax in a pint (16 ounces) of water every day, or I try to. It is basically baking soda and is all kinds of good. I agree with this video. They've tried to ban it here and there because children got a rash.... but the kids used it in play dough and overdid it, going over the recommended play. it wasn't the borax. Contact lens solution has Borax in it... and people stick those things right on their eu=yes, lol! Borax is a natural remedy.
