the only time a bullet will cause instant death or render all motor skills incapacitated is a shot to the head. A shot, even to the heart, would not prevent someone from driving off. They could potentially drive for miles before dying. I’ve watched geese fly over a mile before falling out of the sky and when picked had half a dozen holes in the body including lung and heart shots. That being said, Daunte Wright is alive and well, being that that cop never pulled the trigger and no boom occurred and the gun didn’t buck up from recoil.
