Wow Nana doesnt know much about the oils, didnt know you could put in your mouth. Are there only certain kinds you can do that with?
Just bc it says 100% pure oil does not mean that it is. Like fruit juice can say 100% pure but only has 2% pure juice and the rest is a bunch of fillers and synthetics. Those you can not put in your mouth and should not use at all. However there are pure oils that you can ingest. doTerra is one of those.
