How do you get ppl that have been beaten down & generally pissed off for 2 yrs to cooperate and get along to create new systems from local up to Federal?

PPl need to connect to their internal direct connection to God to raise their frequencies.
Ppl in higher frequencies will cooperate & communicate with love and compassion for others more freely.
Pretty much a bunch of pissed off ppl in a room generally can agree on a damn thing.
