The House & Senate introduced a bill but sadly neither one went anywhere. Gee, I wonder why!!!!!

I remember when this was news, and they made it sound like it was one or two bad actors using gov't systems for child prn. Knowing what we know now about these people (sick), maybe a lot of that infrastructure was used to traffic kids and videos that anyone with a sould would find disturbing. That or the way they use it to control and manipulate people in power could be why it exists entirely.
