If you grind your coffee bean along with a dash of sea salt and some instant coffe in a mortar and pestal by hand you will git a fine grain powder that is ... well try it, don't be so bitter bout it. It's not like I'm asking you to take a life threatening vaxxine... well on 2nd thought, lol.

I use the finest grind to make the finest grain powder. It's a must of great expresso. Never tried the salt or instant. Not sure I need or want the instant but salt?
