I just keep repeating: "God forgive them, for they know not what they do"...I know I'm awake and I was were they are now...prayer and empathy for their blindness is what keeps me going...

totally agree, and pray the same way, but once in a while I pray and ask for strength for them to wake up themselves. But is is impossible to wake up someone that is blind and cannot see anything that is going on.

It would just be nice to find more like me in person... I cherish our online social community but the physical isolation can wear a soul down π
I have felt that way for a very long time. I stayed home with my kids to homeschool them and since my husband didn't make a lot of money, it alienated me from many people who were more concerned about what my husband did for a living than just coming over for company. I used to always think how nice it would have been for someone to come by and have a cup of coffee. I live in a very small town and the Christian homeschoolers here were very elitist. I have a degree in Accounting and could have made a very nice income but I needed to homeschool. The other moms did not even have college degrees but judged me by my simple, small scale living style. My kids are in college now and I still feel alone as most people around me do not know what is going on. They hate Trump, love socialism and are all in masks. Wish I had people I could talk to in person!
