AGAIN, I CHALLENGE YOU TO STOP WATCHING TV, COLD TURKEY. IF YOU JUST CAN’T THEN I HOPE YOU REALIZE YOU HAVE AN ADDICTION. I’M SERIOUS. FROM EXPERIENCE I KNOW YOU WILL HAVE WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS AND ANXIETY. IT LASTS ABOUT 2 WEEKS. AFTER THAT YOUR THOUGHTS BECOME CLEARER AND YOU ARE MORE ALERT. YOU WILL ALSO FEEL MUCH LESS STRESS. I GAVE UP TV IN 2015 AND ITS ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I EVER DID. I AM CLOSER TO MY FAMILY AND PETS AND MUCH CLOSER TO GOD. YOU WILL GET TO KNOW YOUR NEIGHBORS AND BUILD A COMMUNITY TOGETHER. This is without a doubt part of my own personal testimony. When my children were little, living at home, cable was just not part of my budget. I remember feeling badly because they couldn't watch tv like everyone else. God however, used this for his purpose, good. My children and I spent our evenings playing games, having dance offs, talking about everything and anything and just making up our own crazy fun. Years later, they have all told me they liked it that way, rather then having a TV on 24/7. I learned that sometimes what we think is "missing out" is really Gods Divine Protection.

You are absolutely right! We have abandoned whats important for fantasy and mid numbing “entertainment”.
