How bad does it have to get, before everyone wakes up?
Not sure if you recall Obama promising to shut down Gitmo. Then, he negotiated for PREVENTATIVE AND INDEFINITE DETENTION in exchange for leaving Gitmo open. When questioned about it he assured everyone that they wouldn't use the law on Americans.
While I don't particularly like Rachel Maddow I have to say the way she reported about it was not bad.
