In a perfectly legal environment, every EO requires 30 days before it goes into effect. Unless it's an amendment, but Biden isn't amending anything.
Biden is the president of the US Corporation that is currently under bankruptcy. He has no control of the Republic, hence DC is surrounded as a foreign country. That wall is border control.
This show is put there for the reasons of global coordination & get the people to see who the Dems truly are.
