I think there's more to this...because it looks staged. More clues for us to find? In that bowl, we see four apples. (There are others, but only four are prominent.

Look at the letters that are covered on his sweatshirt: BERO. Using gematria, that=40=4+0=4, and the reverse full reduction=23, the number of pain. Q drop 4:
