Questions to think about today.
If radioactive ions can be put in ink to identify a piece of paper anywhere in the world from space, why couldn't it be used in Tattoo ink also? It's not like there has been a push to make tattoos cool in the last 15 years or so right?

Over here in CA, I see people with tattoos all the time. Maybe I'm missing the point of this thread.
