Here's what I found on Executive Actions -Which is basically a "Presidental Action" -
But many executive actions carry no legal weight. Those that do actually set policy can be invalidated by the courts or undone by legislation passed by Congress.

That is on Trumps orders but his are real "Executive Orders" and not "Presidental Actions".
Its just weird to me that he is doing Presidents Actions instead of real Executive Orders. What do you think?
